Academic advisors

The Academic Advisor scheme applies to all students of the Undergraduate Study Program of the Department of Civil Engineering of the University of Thessaly and is mandatory. The Academic Advisor provides guidance and support to students regarding the organization and progress of their studies, thus substantially contributing to their smooth integration into the University, their academic advancement, the timely and successful completion of their studies, as well as to academic, educational and also career-orientation issues.

Students are encouraged to have regular meetings with their Academic Advisor for better planning of their study program and for quickly resolving all related issues. It is noted that final responsibility for decisions concerning their studies rests with the students themselves.
